Introduced by Hon. Mary Grace C. Escolano

Requiring that the members of United Nation to adhere and recognize the R.A. 6955 of the Philippines regarding the matching of Filipino women for marriage to foreign national on a mail order basis and other similar practice through internet to provide a penalty therefore so as to have a unifying fight against human-trafficking that lead to white slaveries:
Whereas, the effectivity of the R.A. 6955 would not become possible if other countries don’t recognize this;
Whereas, commonly foreign naturals are the ones who become the receiver of this women which violates some principles of the United Nation;
Whereas, the problem of Human-Trafficking that leads to white slaveries would be minimize;
Whereas, this would harmonize more the relationship and all the members of United Nation;
Resolved that, this resolution be followed so as to have a unifying fight with the coordination of the members on United Nation to fight the Human-Trafficking that leads to white slavery it is now hereby adapting this in accordance of the underlying principles of United Nation.
